Before founding Align Financial,
Darren was State Manager of a
national financial services company.
He enjoys helping people make smart decisions about their money.
Darren lives and works on Sydney's northern beaches with his wife Belinda and son Owen.

Lindsey McLellan
Client Manager

Lindsey joined Align Financial
following a permanent move
from the UK. She holds a
Bachelor of Social Science.
Lindsey's career experiences
include many years in the
superannuation industry and
running her own business.
As Client Manager, she ensures consolidation of high levels of client satisfaction through collaboration with Darren and the team.

Belinda Johns
Operations Manager

Belinda, a Bachelor of Science (Maths), focuses on maintaining and developing our business systems so that we can deliver constantly improving standards of client service. Her career began in 1997 as a research analyst supporting actuaries in the insurance industry. She brings considerable experience including sound mathematical and computing skills to our firm.

Sarah Broady
Client Manager

Sarah is our a Bachelor of Commerce(Finance) and a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning. She started in the financial services industry in 1999, and before joining us, spent three years in a boutique financial planning practice. Sarah thrives on using her extensive experience to provide world-class client service. Our resident 'trouble shooter', she will facilitate a practical solution each and every time.
